November Class–Recap

It was a busy day learning about Mason bees via a brand new presentation and gaining hands-on experience cleaning the many tubes from our gardens. See following pic, of cleaned and washed cocoons done after the class. Lots of information and questions! Attendees will have an opportunity to obtain complementary Mason bees in the spring as a show of appreciation for their help. Thanks to our crew, (Anne, Brigg, Nigel and helpers) for what we hope was a positive learning situation.

Bulletin Board

Our latest display welcomes the holiday season.

Find it mounted on the front of our small shed when you come to visit. Thank you Rosemarie!

Garden Tiding…….

We received a large donation of potted plants–perennials, grasses, shrubs, vines and herbs from one of the Wilco stores!! Look for these at our plant sale in April 2025.Thank you Wilco! Interestingly, the store manager, Taylor is a graduate of CASEE and attended our Student Garden Coordinator Program eight years ago. How cool is that? The “seeds” we sow, grow…..

Did You Notice…..

Speaking of sprouting….did you see our “little lady” “growing” in the garden?  Come visit the gardens and see if you can find her in one of the gardens.  “What Sprouts in the Garden”
