Garden Maintenance: Garden work parties are scheduled every Saturday morning from 9:00-12:00 (except in very poor weather) March through October. Tasks include basic gardening such as: weeding, raking, pruning, planting, shoveling, etc., as you desire and your physical abilities allow. Volunteer weekly, bi-weekly, or occasionally as your schedule allows. HAVE FUN! No previous experience required, training provided.
Garden Coordinator Apprentice: Work with a Garden Coordinator to learn about maintaining, pruning, plant replacement, maintain paths and detailing the garden. Work as a team. Training will be provided.
Garden Coordinator or Co-Coordinator: Oversee one of the individual Gardens by maintaining, pruning, plant replacement, maintain paths and detailing the garden. Supervise, teach and encourage volunteers. Follow planting guidelines as set forth by NatureScaping. Plan on three hours a week depending on the needs of the garden. This is a commitment of at least one year.
Event Volunteer: Be part of the fun by volunteering at the various events through-out the year. These include the Plant Sale, Art in the Garden, Eco-Fair, Bird Festival, and other events as requested.
